This notice explains how Logistics Xpress Inc. handles information provided through this public website and company communications.

Information you provide

When you contact us, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, employment inquiry, and any other information you choose to share. We use this information to respond, process inquiries, and communicate about our operations or employment opportunities.

Employment applications

Our Apply Now link opens a separate Logistics Xpress application page. Applications collect your legal name, email, phone number, preferred station, prior Amazon DSP employment, driving history, availability, job-duty capability and vehicle experience responses, years licensed, driver’s license number and uploaded driver’s license photo or document. Authorized hiring staff use this information to review applications, assess qualifications, schedule interviews and manage recruitment. Application records and uploaded IDs are protected by portal access controls.

Calls or texts about an application and calls or texts about future job opportunities require separate, optional consent selections. We record the selections, disclosures and submission time. Consent is not required for employment consideration. Applying alone does not enroll you in messages.

Website and service providers

Our hosting and communications providers may process technical information, including IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and protect services. Information may be processed by providers acting on our behalf, or disclosed when required by law. This public website does not use advertising trackers or an analytics dashboard.

Mobile information and consent

We do not sell or share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties, except service providers that help deliver the messaging service on our behalf.

Retention and requests
