Logistics Xpress Inc.

SMS Messaging Terms

Effective October 7, 2026

These terms describe Logistics Xpress Inc.’s operational SMS/MMS communications for people who separately provide consent to receive them. This page does not enroll you in messaging.

Program purpose

Consented communications may include scheduling updates, dispatch coordination, safety reminders, fleet-related notices, and replies to inquiries. The program is identified as Logistics Xpress Inc. (XPSS).

Recruitment communications

On the application page, you may separately consent to calls or texts about your application and to texts or calls about future job opportunities. All consent checkboxes are optional and unchecked by default. Consent is not a condition of employment consideration. Recruitment messages may include application follow-up, interview scheduling, hiring next steps or future job openings, based on the options you select. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Your choice

Consent must be collected separately before sending program messages. Providing a phone number, visiting this website, applying for a job, or creating a portal account does not by itself constitute consent. SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on operational needs and your interactions. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

Opt out and get help

Reply STOP to a program message to stop receiving messages. A confirmation may be sent. Reply HELP for assistance, or email operations@logisticsxpressny.com or call (646) 960-6205. To rejoin, follow the opt-in instructions provided for the program.

Delivery and privacy

Delivery depends on mobile networks and cannot be guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not sell or share mobile information or SMS consent for third-party marketing. Read our Privacy Policy.
